Production and technology

Our production is equipped with 14, partly electric injection molding machines from the manufacturer Wittmann Battenfeld. The machines have locking forces of up to 500t. In addition, there are various technologies for special processes, such as the meltdown technology or the internal gas pressure process.

Next to the production is the warehouse, as well as the material and tool warehouse. After production, all injection molds are safely stored in our fire-safe and air-conditioned tool store at optimal temperatures. Our tool store has a capacity of more than 700 storage spaces for our injection molding tools.
